It doesn’t work
I am really disappointed with this purchase I bought it when it was first out and clung onto in the hope it would eventually get better team have done very very little to it at all And sadly I have never been able to get it to work using iPhone or desktop.
The alleged filters inside the app seem to do nothing at all other than make the sound worse, they also do this weird thing where when you have converted the audio won’t play through your phone speaker again instead it will only come out of the earpiece speaker I did contact the support a number of times about this but never received any support at all. Sadly I just wish I could refund this app.

You can manage your devices on the website www.bouncecast.app, just sign in and go to devices to manage them. You can also try resetting your devices.
The inability to hear direct sound from the App can be resolved by adjusting the Audio Settings from the App to Direct Sound or Phone speakers. If you have a Bluetooth device or speakers connected to you phone/device, then you need to change the Audio settings to comply. Our Customer Support on Crisp is always available to assist our users.
