    Overview

Boxward is an email warmup tool that helps you land in inboxes and stay out of spam folders, so you can close more sales.

Boxward automatically warms up your email by creating human-like interactions in your inbox.

This tool uses personalized details and merge fields to create unique and realistic email messages to send to other inboxes in the Boxward network.

Plus, it can automatically open emails, mark them as important, and even reply to warmup emails to create organic email threads in your inbox.

Any warmup email that lands in a spam folder is automatically moved to the inbox, so you’ll improve your sender reputation and deliver campaigns that actually reach your audience.

    Boxward Announcement

Google announced they are shutting down their API for email warmup services. Does this announcement affect Boxward?

TLDR: Google’s upcoming changes should not affect Boxward.

Recently, Google has announced a change that they are going to prevent email warmup tools from using Google’s API. This means that anyone using email warmup tools that use the Google API to connect their Gmail / Google Workspace emails will soon see their emails stop warming up. Boxward, however, does not use Google’s API to connect to Gmail / Google Workspace email inboxes to its platform.

Boxward connects with Gmail via SMTP and IMAP, which are not affected by Google’s API update. So, Boxward is not going to be affected by this change, and you can use Boxward to warm up your Gmail / Google Workspace emails. This is the method that we use to connect to Gmail: https://boxward.com/docs/how-to-connect-a-google-email/. You can see from that process that, since we’re not having you sign in using your Gmail account, we are not using the Gmail API.
