Q: Can Boxward warm up an Acumbamail email account?

I see you can with Sendinblue.
I'm sending cold marketing religious emails with no ads; however they are landing in the Spam folder with about a 2% to 11% open rate.

A religious email is not considered SPAM according to the Can-Spam act. I have no ads or products for sale in my email.

Can Boxward help repair my sending and get more emails in the inbox? How long does it take to start seeing results? Once Boxward warms up a damaged email address, how many emails can you send out safely per month?

I know Gmail is 500/day unless you buy an upgrade.
Acumbamail is 300,000 emails a month and I would really like to warm that account up.

I bought Murlist on Appsumo which was also an email warmup service, but that company name went defunct. I'm hoping that Boxward is more robust financially. I just got a new email warmup with closershq.io and they set me up with an account through them. How do you compare to closershq.io? Would Boxward be a good long term investment for email warming?

I'm currently sending an HTML email, would I be better off with some kind of basic text email with spinner text and rewrite capability? Boxward is just warm up service, but you have a sending service component with your company. I currently have no email warmup service with Acumbamail.

Will Boxward (email warmer) work with ClickReach (cold email marketing)?

A: Hey! Boxward will integrate with any email that has SMTP and IMAP connections enabled.

You will need to also connect an inbox (IMAP) in order to warm up an email address so if your Acumbamail account doesn't have an associated inbox, you will need to set up a different address to use as the IMAP inbox.

Additionally, the maximum number of warmup emails that you can send out in a day is 100. We've seen this improve Mailgun deliverability so it should improve Acumbamail deliverability, however, we would highly recommend stopping all email activity except warmup activity for at least a month with open rates as low as you've mentioned. If you're sending out 1000s of emails with Acumbamail that have poor open and reply rates at the same time as you're warming the email, it will probably not improve.

Even once Boxward repairs an email's reputation, we don't recommend sending more than 50 cold emails per day with Gmail, especially if your emails have a low open rate. And we would recommend continuing to use a warmup service while you do cold emailing to keep your overall open/reply rates healthy.

With Acumbamail, you could have higher volume once the email is repaired, but again, we'd recommend keeping warmup on and really focusing on making your emails engaging.

HTML emails are more likely to end up in spam, or at least in the categories tabs, so you may want to use just plaintext if you can.

We do have a cold email platform, postaga.com. But note that you cannot send cold emails with Boxward. Boxward is only an email warmup platform.
