Q: Hello, How do we separate the warmup emails we receive each day in our inbox and direct them to another folder for group deletion?

More specific to setting up a 'Keep Warm Folder' for Outlook. Your website only addresses gmail user instructions.

With Outlook, the folder should automatically be created. If not though for any reason, you can create a Keep Warm folder and set a filter so that emails that contain your "content code" in your email's settings page should go to Keep Warm.
