Q: Hi!!

Few questions:
1) So in your opinion (asking this to the founders and the team), where would you rate this tool in terms of competence when comparing it with the competition? say out 5 stars, how much would you rate it?
2) In how many days can we see the change in email reputation?
3) Currently the tool is sendnig 35 emails I believe. Is it advisable to increase it to 100? WIll it help with reputation enhancement quicker or should I add other of my email IDs?

A: Hey! I'll leave it to our users to determine the answer to (1), but I will say that we were using two other warmup services before Boxward was built and Boxward has produced better results for us.

(2), that really depends on what the email's reputation was beforehand and what other actions the email is taking while doing warmup. Here's an example of the deliverability graph of an email that we repaired with Boxward:

There was maybe another week or two before that graph starts as well. So for that particular email, it took about 3 weeks to start seeing results, and was in much better shape 5-6 weeks after it started.

That email had somewhat damaged reputation when it started and we stopped all cold outreach with it during that warmup.

I would say that timeline is a good guideline, but there's no absolute number that I can give that will apply in all situations.

(3) In some circumstances, it can make sense to increase the warmup email sending volume. If you're warming up an email that you use for email marketing (not cold outreach) and it's attached to Mailgun or Sendgrid or Mailchimp, etc. then increasing is okay.

If you're warming up a Gmail/Outlook email address, you do need to be careful about sending volume as they have a tendency to be quick to disable for "suspicious activity." If your email is disabled for suspicious activity, it's not a big deal and can be easily reenabled, and we have not seen it have much if any impact on deliverability.

That said, I would still be slow when increasing past 50 emails/day and stop all other email activity with that email. If you increase past 50 at a rate of about 3 per day, you should be able to top out around 80, and maybe even up to 100. But again, there are no absolutes because the algorithms that the major email providers use are all black boxes.
