The system needs to be smarter

I've been using Boxward for a few months now. In principle the idea of creating a network of emailers where Boxward will automatically move everyones emails to their inboxes - thus building trust with the email providers - seems sound. But in practice there are hiccups. I get a lot 'of out of office' and 'I'm' managing my time better by not responding immediately' replies from the automated emails. These are pretty annoying and surely Boxward could filter these out? More concerning however is that my email deliverability appears to have gotten worse since using Boxward.

My biggest concern is that my mail server IP was today blacklisted by Cloudmark. The bounced message with the blacklisting message originated from the Boxward network. There should be a way of stopping participants in the system from using services like Cloudmark - otherwise you risk blacklisting by using it.
