Confusing UX and somewhat skimpy plans
I have no problem with a low-priced entry level containing lower levels of how much one can consume but here one can quickly see, levels below Tier 3 will not get you very far. I like the integration to the virtual classrooms but the number of participants is ridiculously low and hardly useful. The small features missing between the different levels just feel like "upsell" where one quickly loses the desire to move up from level to level.

For extended needs, you can opt for third-party integrations like Zoom, where there are no minute restrictions.
Regarding the features available at different tiers, all plans include core functionalities, as detailed in our "Features included in all plans" section. If your reference to "small features missing between the different levels" pertains to elements like APIs and Webhooks, please note these are considered premium features typically reserved for higher tiers, such as Tier 3 and above.
