Overall good experience so far
I agree with the points made regarding the UX/UI interface; however, my primary concern is the reliability and consistency of users (us) AND end-users (our customers). At times, the system experiences lag when transitioning between sections or requesting actions, leading to double-clicking actions that were already processing because it seems that nothing was happening - maybe just adding a timer or indicating that the action is in progress would help for now.
Despite this, with the two-month guarantee, I plan to delve deeper into the features. Until now, the array of well-designed features to prevent content downloading, screenshots, and cheating on tests has been commendable. It can feel overwhelming for new users, but I appreciate each of the features that have been added, looks like they are actively listening to customer suggestions.
Given all these various features, my suggestion is for the BrainCert team to balance the addition of new ones with a focus on improving the UX/UI interface and ensuring the system works smoothly, always keeping the experience of the end-user in mind.
