Q: Why does Support Ghost you?

I am not sure, but support has ghosted me, and I want clear direction before I'm forced to ask for a refund and then everyone loses. I purchased this tool less than 30 days ago and set up my account with my work email. I am no longer with the company and no longer have access to my Google Login Credentials to log in to Branalyzer. Q: Bought before you came to AppSumo (on Dealify)

Hi As I bought a deal when you were on dealify before AppSumo,
I cant see which level my plan is on - so have a bit hard time seeing which tier / level I perhaps should upgrade to.
- In my admin board all it says is "400 credits", is that searches per month? or how?

Q: Issues & Delays + Buying Decision

I want to know if 4 codes (1000) and 8 codes (2000) have difference only in extra 1000?

I read most comments and questions , I am not very clear about :
- Very Serious Support Delays
- Almost No Major Updates & Upgrades since 2023
- Very Important Issues
- Outdated Data & Not Fresh Nor Real Time Extracted Data
