Q: How to contact you about adding credits?

Hello Branalyzer Team, I really like your product just it's been many days I've sent you email about adding additional credits to my account. Then I sent again another email. Got no reply from you & wondering why. AppSumo Team also sent 2 emails on my behalf to you. Email branalyzer@branalyzer.com doesn't seem to be working. Could you please write how to contact you?
