I should have taken the negative reviews seriously... When multiple people are saying the same thing, that alone should raise a red flag. The owner comes across as very defensive in several replies, and unfortunately my experience hasn’t been any different.
This has been one of my worst AppSumo purchases. I reached out four days ago because my account isn’t showing the correct credit amount even after stacking four codes. Still no response. On top of that, several features simply don’t work.
I honestly don’t understand the 5-star ratings. The product feels mediocre, and I was misled by the glowing reviews. Don’t make the same mistake — steer clear.
I’m glad I’m still within the return window for some of the codes—I’ll be returning them without hesitation.

It was a great product
I bought a license on AppSumo in 2023 and really enjoyed using the expired domain tracker. Recently, I wanted to try Branalyzer again for a specific need, but every time I make a request, I get a message saying it’s not possible and that I should contact support. When I contact support, I get no response. I even recently purchased an additional license extension thinking it might solve the problem, but still no one replies. The tool used to be great, but now it doesn’t work anymore. What’s going on? What can I do?

his is one of the worst SaaS products I’ve ever used
This is one of the worst SaaS products I’ve ever used. Most of the features don’t even work—like the keyword hunter or the domain expire tool. I honestly have no idea what these features are supposed to achieve, because they simply don’t function.
Don’t bother contacting support; getting a reply can take weeks, if not months. To make things worse, most of the reviews on AppSumo and other sites are misleading. The vendor runs a so-called “Royalty program,” where users are rewarded with credits in exchange for positive reviews—so the feedback is not authentic, and as I have to waited for days due to activation issues, I asked the founder for a compensation reward with - as usual - no reply.
In fact, much of what this SaaS claims to offer can easily be achieved with free Chrome extensions. Save yourself the time and frustration—this tool isn’t worth it.
