I should have taken the negative reviews seriously... When multiple people are saying the same thing, that alone should raise a red flag. The owner comes across as very defensive in several replies, and unfortunately my experience hasn’t been any different.
This has been one of my worst AppSumo purchases. I reached out four days ago because my account isn’t showing the correct credit amount even after stacking four codes. Still no response. On top of that, several features simply don’t work.
I honestly don’t understand the 5-star ratings. The product feels mediocre, and I was misled by the glowing reviews. Don’t make the same mistake — steer clear.
I’m glad I’m still within the return window for some of the codes—I’ll be returning them without hesitation.
