As someone who manages multiple brands and works with various clients, BrandBay has revolutionised how I handle my creative projects. It’s much more than just cloud storage; it’s a purpose-built platform that finally brings structure and professionalism to my brand assets.

For years, I relied on a cluttered mix of Google Drive folders and emailed attachments, which caused constant back-and-forth and outdated files. BrandBay completely resolved this. Now, every logo, colour palette, font, and graphic has its own organised home.

What I love most:

All-in-One Organisation: Keeping assets for multiple brands separate yet easily accessible is seamless. No more digging through nested folders.

Professional Client Collaboration: Sharing assets or entire collections with clients is secure and straightforward. It eliminates confusion and ensures everyone always uses the correct, latest versions.

Increased Productivity: As one user on the site said, having all my brand assets "available all the time" has significantly sped up my day-to-day marketing and design work.

While general cloud storage is suitable for standard files, BrandBay is built explicitly for brand workflow. The integrated features for asset hosting and custom embeds are valuable extras that standard storage solutions do not provide.

The page takes "years" to load and when sharing the Link with someone even after doing the whitelabeling and all is fine, it still shows the thumbnail of Brandbay and not the logo of the whitelabel logos provided. Overall great idea but the overall user experience is very laggy and needs a lot improvement as well as the whitelabel is not a "real whitelabel" but a partial whitelabel.

Brandbay offers excellent service and outstanding support that truly stands out. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Brandbay had been on my radar for quite a while and I'm glad I finally bought it. While I am not running an agency, being able to easily share branding assets with remote team members from a central location makes BrandBay worth it for me. Before Brandbay, I had to share branding assets by granting access to individual files or folders in my cloud drive, which was fine for sharing files, but it wasn't as clear or straightforward as having everything visually laid out clearly on a page.

In terms of how it compares against other BAM solutions (Brand Asset Management), I haven't really tested many other solutions, but I would love to see more visually appealing and flexible layout choices (e.g. bento layout) with the ability to have a visually integrated public facing default branding guideline page for logged out users or for the general public.

Other than that, BrandBay is great as it is, and does the job well, and I look forward to seeing what the team has planned for 2026.

Most important - improve security using multi-factor authentication. Access by external parties exposes content and business information and even allows deletion and disruption...

If it would be possible to limit folder volume so to avoid a single user use too much space...
