As a previous T3 purchaser I’m very happy with the product and it’s great to see brand checks now included. I notice T3+ has client login, how does this work? Is it one client account per brand?
Does mean we have team members also - where we can assign team members to manage specific brands?
If you can clarify if there a number of ‘seats’ per tier.

On your questions: yes, you can invite team members or clients into your account to collaborate. We don't currently have team-based or per-seat pricing, so there's no fixed seat limit per tier (except against abuse) and any credits used are deducted from the owner (your)...

A: Yes of course! You get all the benefits. We don’t downgrade previous users. That said the upgrade to tier4 will only be possible during the promotion.
For Tier 1, if I create a report and later delete it, does that restore one of my 5 report allocations, or are the 5 reports lifetime generation credits regardless of whether the report remains stored in the account?

A: Hi there! Good question. The 5 reports are lifetime generation credits, so deleting a report won't restore an allocation, each generation counts once. We set it up this way to prevent abuse (otherwise reports could be regenerated endlessly on a single license). If you do need more down the line, you can top up with additional credits at a discounted rate. Hope that clears it up!

I bought the previous Tier-3 so note the brand check is a new development. Within my account i see 25 brand checks, is that one time? Can you make it into a recurring monthly number for Tier-3? Also what is the recurring monthly brand checks offered for Tier-4 at the moment? Can you clarity urgently before the sumo day ends please.

Happy to clarify quickly before the deal ends: The 25 brand checks in your account were a one-time grant we added for some existing users during testing, so they're not recurring.Tier 3 doesn't currently include monthly brand checks. Where brand checks are included, they reset every month.
Tier 4 includes 50 brand checks per month.
This wasn't clearly spelled out, so we'll update...

Looking at the logical flow of the offers, tier 1 and 2 offer one time brand reports, so those of us who opted for tier-3 and above did so with need for monthly adjusting and revisions. If i may suggest with this flow of thought, that for tier-3 it would make sense to offer 20 recurring monthly brand checks rather than one time 25 brand checks please.
Thanks to your feedback, we've just updated the deal! Brand Checks are now recurring monthly across the tiers (Tier 3: 25/mo, Tier 4: 50/mo, Tier 5: 100/mo, Tier 6: 150/mo).
The deal page will reflects this shortly. Keep the questions coming, they genuinely shape what we build.
Video says Tier 3 gets 10 reports a month, your listing shows only 5 per month so the video or the pricing stack is wrong.
But then Tier 4 says only 10 Brand reports and you say Tier 4 gets 50 Brand checks a month?
Either way, pricing confusion to where I'm not purchasing. Video doesn't match what is on tier print or what is stated from the owners in this message, so passing for now.
we will rely this to AppSumo. The video is from a previous launch. The limits on the deal page are correct. Brand Check is a new feature and independent of the Brand Reports. I hope this clarifies things!
