A price that makes sense
The product is developing / maturing well enough to speak for itself in non-LTD terms.
That is to say, these results already speak "quality" rather than promise it somewhere out there. If the leadership continues this trajectory, then I don't doubt they will own the niche. To me, this AppSumo deal seems like MarketMuse (acquired by SiteImprove) years ago. It was already a more mature offering, and priced higher than peers in the AS suite of offers. That deal obviously panned out exceptionally well for LTDers. I think this will too - again, if leadership maintains an eye for excellence in outputs, development and stability of critical features, and stay ahead and vocal about being beyond the "anyone can do this with Claude+Design" The token issue matters to many, but even more important is securing consistency with a process that produces value the consultant and the client both need to trust. I bought Tier 3 last round and upgraded to Tier 4. I think they might have shut down the LTD element.
Does it require involvement/effort? Yes, but that is simply the consulting work of asking clients to answer questions they didn't know they weren't asking themselves to surface answers required to get where they want to be.
To stress-test the quality, I piloted with a lead marketing colleague for their business. We finished after a thorough, 90-minute discovery/intake dialogue session (perhaps longer or accelerated by preparing some of the answers in advance, if you've not done this work before or the client isn't familiar with the concepts). Don't be mistaken, it's a serious inquiry activity. Upon finishing, I passed along reports to them, which they said would fundamentally reshape their approach, especially confirming a considered path they had shelved in hesitation and now were confident was the better way forward.
Bottom line: if you already do this kind of work, you will recoup your investment the first time you use it with a paying client. If you don't yet, perhaps because it's a service offering you haven't figured out how to have the time to fold into your offers, then you will see it become something immediately saleable.

Jun 15, 2026Thank you so much for this, one of the most considered reviews we've had.
You've named our core thesis better than we often do: the moat isn't "AI made a strategy," it's consistency and a process the consultant and client can both trust, run after run. Staying "beyond Claude" line is the development discipline we hold ourselves to.
Your bottom line is exactly the one we want operators to hear. Thank you for betting on the trajectory, we intend to keep earning it.
Best,
Matt
