What we love
We purchased the Tier 5 package and are very impressed with the software overall. Branding5 has so much to offer – the depth and breadth of its features is impressive. The digital presence and presentation within the platform are excellently designed. You can tell that a lot of work and passion has gone into it.

Suggestions for improvement
Despite our enthusiasm, there are two points that are currently of great concern to us:
1. White label domain for the report
When it comes to white labelling, it would be essential for us to be able to assign a separate domain to the shareable report. This option is currently missing, which would be an important feature for agencies like ours.
Our recommendation: A white label domain option for the shared report would make the software a real "star in the sky" – and it would be used much more widely in agencies on the market.
2. Report formatting (PDF export)
What bothers us greatly is the formatting of the exported report. Unfortunately, the PDF report is completely messed up – instead of a compact 50 pages, it sometimes ends up being 100 pages long. The layout is confusing and poorly designed.
This is particularly unfortunate because the digital presentation within the software is excellent. The contrast between the high-quality online presentation and the poor PDF export is very noticeable.

Conclusion
Branding5 is an outstanding software with enormous potential. With two targeted improvements – white label domain for reports and better PDF formatting – it would, in our opinion, be the undisputed number one for agencies in the branding sector.

1) White label domain for shared reports
This is a very common request from agencies and one we fully agree with. Being able to assign a custom domain to shared reports is already on our roadmap, and we see it as a key step in making Branding5 a true agency-grade platform. Your framing of this as a “star in the sky” feature is pretty accurate, that’s exactly the level we’re aiming for.
2) PDF export formatting
You’re right to call this out. The contrast between the in-app experience and the current PDF export isn’t where we want it to be yet. We’ve already started reworking the PDF layout system to make exports more compact, predictable, and visually aligned with what you see online. Improving this is a top priority because we know how critical client-ready deliverables are for agencies.
