The inbox feature is outstanding—you can have leads flow in from all sorts of channels and manage them right from one place. It’s honestly the smoothest way I’ve found to track and act on warm opportunities without missing a beat. I haven't fully grasped or implemented all of the features yet, but starting from a tool I wasn't sure if I needed to now very excited about what BrandJet can do for my business.
