Breakcold limits the number of refreshes means that you are trying to avoid a ban from LinkedIn?! That should be more explicit on the knowledge base.
2) Breakcold works thanks to a Chrome Extension, that means that, in order to refresh, my browser has to be open all the time. This isn't too clear in the knowledge base.

2°) NOT TRUE, you don't need to have it open at any time, just to install it. You can have your PC shut off and it will continue to work without problems. It doesn't work thanks to the chrome extension, it's just part of our onboarding process so people use it from LinkedIn too to add/update leads. To avoid confusion in the future, we'll disconnect the fact that installing the extension is mandatory. I'll make it more clear in the knowledge base.

As per point 2, how do you refresh the LinkedIn posts then? LinkedIn is known for not having an open API, are you using scrapers on your own servers? That's not too clear for me.
