This was in my email today from Breakcold:

not discontinued
daily support is still active, and
updates are coming (on the tasks specifically)

I’m not going to lie. I feel betrayed by their actions. I want my money back. They always promise that we’ll be part of any future upgrades and then abandon us.
Totally agree. I also feel cheated (not the first time here on AppSumo). It's so easy to promise "all future updates" and then release a V2 with no rights for LTD. It's really frustrating.
Q: On Tier 2, but only ONE social account at any time ?
How is this a unified inbox ?
I had had consecutive LinkedIn + Telegram accounts enabled - for about 6 months, they were working consecutively - since they activated Whatsapp as a social account - I was unable to add consecutive account - it makes no sense to SELL 5x accounts - and only use ONE at a time - do i need to delete and add and then delete and so on to switch ? How will I ever use 5x accounts ?

One of the reasons I bought T4 was because of it. I understand that the company must have capital to last long; however, I don't think it's fair in this situation.
Yes I also just saw the message telling us to pay 10 dollars per month for this feature. It's not normal to break your word when we should benefit from new updates for free.

I purchased the Appsumo Tier 2 plan (Breakcold+) and unable to use two social accounts - but we purchased 5x - on this Tier - how can this be called a unified inbox - if i need to disconnect each social account , to switch between ? I had Linkedin and Telegram active at same time. When I tried to add WhatsApp - it said I ran out of accounts ? This was misleading ...

I will change my reviews on capterra and G2 if they don't cancel this.
I am an early Breakcold Adopter, still I am missing this feature. Though I have waalaxy for the inbox feature so I have a backup here. :(
