You're right that currently, initials fields need to be placed page by page — there isn't a "bulk add to all pages" option yet. We understand this is tedious for longer documents and appreciate the feedback.

One thing that may help: once a signer fills in their initials on one field, BreezeDoc automatically syncs that value to all other initials fields in the document — so the signer only has to draw their initials once and can click to apply on the remaining pages.

We hear you on the need for bulk placement though — it's a great suggestion and we've noted it. For longer documents, you might also consider using a template so the initials fields only need to be set up once and can be reused.
