BreezeDoc has received positive feedback for its simplicity, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness. Users appreciate its straightforward interface, streamlined document signing process, and value for money. However, there have been some minor issues reported, such as signature box sizing on mobile and the need for language support. Overall, BreezeDoc is a solid choice for those seeking an electronic signature tool, especially considering its 60-day money-back guarantee.

Not recommended if you are in Country where you use DD-MM-YYYY format

I purchased BreezeDoc in a hope the date format will be changed to DD-MM-YYYY or DD-MM-YY but no ipdates since purchase. Not only date, there is no updates in general. I do not recommend anyone to purchase the product unless you are happy with very basic functionality and US date format.

Do not use for business or commercial use - very poorly programmed app - use Docusign

There are multiple errors in this app and it lacks very basic features.

Firstly, when we tried to void a document, after it had been sent to the recipients, the only option was to "delete" the document with no option to "void". When we deleted the document a notice came up saying it was sent to the Archive.

It turns out that there is no Archive. So the document just disappeared into cyberspace.

Therefore, there is no way of voiding a document once sent, one of the most BASIC features.

Also, the recipients did not receive any notification that the document was deleted or voided, so there were trying to open a sign link and it was taking them to an 404 error page.

Seroiusly?

This program is the worst signing program I have come across.

Students in year 5 now would be able to implement a Void feature, which would keep the document and also notify the recipients that the documents have been voided. It's like 5 minutes worth of programming.

Solid e-signature tool

It's easy to use, gives me the entire history of opens and signatures and has auto-reminders.

The only thing it's missing is the ability to edit documents on the fly.

Breezedoc is a breeze

So easy to use and help is available if you have questions.
There are dozens of templates available to use or you can upload your own which I did. Really simple process to add signature fields, etc. Can't recommend it enough. Wish all apps/systems were this easy - and an absolute bargain.

Great start with a few bugs to work out---one is critical

I've loved the idea of having a Lifetime product for contracts & invoices! Breeze Doc is simple to use and has so much potential to be a stellar, no-brainer-everyone-should-just-buy-it product.
What I Love:
-One time fee for lifetime access
-Easy to upload my contract templates + new auto discover feature is pretty good at detecting where the document needs to be completed.
-Easy to adjust signature requirements (text boxes, dates, signatures, etc)
-User-friendly interface---clients have also said its easy
-Invoices! I love that I can send invoices from this platform now, too.

Two things that have me a bit hesitant:
-THE MAJOR ONE: When "signing" a contract that requires adding text to a text box, you cannot see how the text will load in the final version. Unfortunately, the default makes the text spacing big and that results in the words overriding the allocated space & sometimes going over very important other information in the contract. I've had to do practice rounds & send them to myself to make sure everything is OK and usually have to go back to adjust several areas of figure out if the wording can be shortened to fit the space (even when I allocated a big space). 3 solutions that could help: 1) As the signer types, see the text in the same format it eventually saves in, 2) Make the default spacing smaller, 3-Have the autoformat shrink text to fit the box the template allocated--this would be ideal for me as the client because it eliminates extra steps.

2) Option for partial payment on invoices. I charge a convenience fee if clients pay by credit card, so I'd love an option on BreezeDoc invoices to have clients able to pay different amounts if they use CC vs. ACH. I can create a line item for the CC fee, but the client can't "opt out" of it if using ACH.

Alternatively, I can also create a payment link in Stripe that makes that fee optional, so if there was a way to have the invoice link directly to that payment link vs. my general Stripe account, that could work.

Overall its a great product, especially at this price point. The #1 concern above is a big one that ends up taking more of my time in editing contracts, so could be a dealbreaker if not fixed.
