I believe my first AppSumo purchase was Sendfox years ago (with my older AppSumo account).
Since then, I have purchased all of their original products (BreezeDoc, FormRobin and TidyCal).

And I must say, ALL of their products have a great UI and are constantly improved.
They don't overpromised. Instead, they just deliver great products that do exactly what they are supposed to do.

Oh ! And the support is always reactive and truly helping !
Over the past years, I emailed the AppSumo team a few times about questions or little bugs, and they ALWAYS resolved the issue in a matter of hours, often less.

Isn't what we want when investing in tools for our business ?

Talking about BreezeDoc specifically, I was looking for a simple tool to send contracts to one on one clients I work with occasionally (without the hassle of downloading and signing a pdf before resending it), but I didn't want to get into a subscription for this very occasional use.

BreezeDoc gives me just that. It's so simple to use, and does exactly what I need it to do at a more then affordable price.

In conclusion, I highly, highly recommend trying BreezeDoc (or any AppSumo originals really), if they have a tool that you've been looking for.

the fact that I need to pre-build the document on google, and that i needs spaces instead of just inserting the flieds, made me spend 15 minutes in breezydoc and then decide to pay for pandadoc.... is just bad...

I like the interface. I'd like the option to use a template and select 'save as a document' so that I can set up docs via template ahead of time, but that's minor. My big issue is that I tested this on Brave (my primary browser) and even with shields down, clicking on Confirm and Sign didn't do anything. I executed my test doc on Edge and then went back to Brave and clicked and got the confirmation, but I'm guessing there's something in Brave's configs that Breeze doesn't jive with. THis may be an easy fix, and if so, awesome. I don't know what percent of people are using Brave, so if it's a harder fix, it may just be something you need to know before purchase.

Unfortunately after such a long time I'm disappointed BreezeDoc has not progressed to something useful beyond the most simple docs. e.g. team branding not there yet, different fonts to doc uploaded, only one date field - today's date instead of a calendar selector, feedback page keeps telling me I have to log in yet I am already logged into the software, etc, etc.......
There are lots of improvements that can be made relatively quickly to make this a standout product. We live in hope.

I built a workflow around BreezeDoc and my domain was blocked. I had to purchase another BreezeDoc account for a different domain and that one was also blocked with very minimal use. Customer service was useless and extremely delayed. They eventually refunded one of my purchases and then I had to buy something different anyway, and they still haven’t answered my customer service request from several months ago
