Unfortunately, Breezedoc is much harder to use than I expected.

The main issue is that it does not recognize fields properly, so I have to manually place text boxes throughout the document. That would be manageable if the editor had stronger layout tools, but there is no proper alignment feature to keep fields clean, consistent, and neatly arranged.

For professional documents, especially branded contracts that need to be sent to clients or partners for signing, presentation matters. The signer should receive a clean, well-structured document, but with Breezedoc it is very difficult to achieve that.

There are also some basic workflow features missing. For example, there is no duplicate field option to preserve the same size and formatting, which makes setting up repeated fields slow and inconsistent. Another major issue is that if I need to update the PDF underneath, all the existing fields are lost and I have to rebuild everything from scratch.

Overall, Breezedoc may be fine for very simple documents where the goal is just to make something work, but it does not feel built for polished, branded, professional documents.

I couldn't be happier with BreezeDoc! Does exactly what I need it to and more. Super easy to use, loads of functionality, amazing customer support and all of that for just a one off fee?! Honestly amazing!

I'm becoming a big fan of all the AppSumo originals. :) This works flawlessly, and is easy to use. Shows all the eSignature compliance points in the signing certificate that it needs to.

Only issue is that emails do not send. However, there is an option to share by link, so that's the method I use.

A key function of the software - sending document via email - is unreliable at best. I sent 20 contracts yesterday, and none of them were actually delivered to their recipients. I reached out to support who informed me that "...a bad actor was able to send a number of phishing documents through our platform. As a result, our sending domain and IP were temporarily flagged by some email providers."

They knew about this issue, but sent no notification to any users, and now we just have to wait and see if their email sending domain ever regains its credibility.

I wish that I could say this is the first time this has happened, but it is not.

It has been working but for the past few weeks cannot send emails, I have been sending document to sign but clients do not get it, I tried my best to get support on the issue but no one responds. it is a huge problem, no support at all.
