Hello, I see that I can customize the text of the email sent to request signing the document, and that I can send a reminder automatically 3 days before expiring. But how to customize the reminder email?

You’re absolutely right — you can customize the email text when you send a document for signing.
The option to customize the reminder email will appear as part of that same flow after you hit the button to send the document for signing.
Once you initiate the sending process, you’ll see the fields where you can adjust the email content, including reminders.
