Q: Hey, What don't you propose higher tiers with hundreds or thousands of signature ?

As is, even Tier3 May be enough for small business, but no more.

Are the signature compliant with EIDAS (SES, AES, QES)?

Thanks !

A: Hey, ChristopheHK!

Thanks for the FIRST question on our new Originals product BreezeDoc. Yay! 🎉 I feel like you should get a medal or something. 😛

To answer your question, a couple years ago we started positioning our Originals products — especially the all-time bestselling AppSumo deal TidyCal — for solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, consultants, freelancers, and other individuals and small businesses. Simply put, we think we can help that audience more than big businesses. It's an audience that I personally understand better (and therefore, can hyper-focus our features) and it's a bigger audience in general.

So, with BreezeDoc, we're shying away from agencies, multi-brand companies, and other large businesses. We're not really focused on that demographic, and we're not the best tool in that situation. There are other tools out there that are better for those large brands.

On the other hand, if you're a consultant, freelancer, individual, solopreneur, marketer, etc. and you send a few signatures a month... but you're paying DocuSign $15+ per month... we think we're a GREAT fit. We focus on simplicity and affordability.

We're excited to make BreezeDoc better over time — there's a LOT in the pipeline — but we don't plan to stray from our idea of solopreneurs and other individuals. So, if you're looking for large-allotment plans (i.e. agencies or big businesses) our encouragement is to explore other tools that are better suited.

Hope that makes sense, and thanks for checking out BreezeDoc.

OK and fair enough. But what if I am a solopreneur and I happen to have a bulk number of clients one month? What if I buy Tier4 and then realise I need more credits as I am about to go over my limit of 40. Can you buy some credits or something?
