Q: Hi David!

It looks fantastic, and I'm in. My question is how you define a 'document'?
If I'm issuing the same basic contract to, say, 10 separate clients at the same time, is that one 'document' or 10?

Thanks! Loving TidyCal and looking forward to seeing comparable good things with BreezeDoc :)

A: Hey, 104119492152177058914! Thanks so much for your kind words and support. đŸ€™ Even though we've released a handful of products over the years at Originals, I still get nervous every time... so thanks for the encouragement. 😃

To answer your question, the way we classify a document is each individual document on your dashboard that was sent and received at least one signature. For example, a single document that was sent and had one signature is one document. A single document that was sent to multiple recipients and has multiple signatures executed/completed is a single document.

We're planning to add more clarity to your Tier level and your allotment usage in your settings in the near future, so you'll be able to better track every month. In the meantime, you can always email support@breezedoc.com if you have any questions about your current Tier usage.
