Q: Is it possible to download a pdf version of an invoice (+ more)?
I just purchased the Agency Plan and am feeling a bit disappointed. Are these key features available?
1. Is it possible to send an invoice to multiple recipients so that everyone who needs access can receive it?
2. Can invoices be made downloadable as PDFs for both the sender and recipient to support bookkeeping needs?
3. Is there a way for me to manually mark an invoice as “paid” or “closed” when payment is made outside the platform (e.g., by check)?
4. Will there be functionality to email clients directly through the platform in the future?
5. Can the actual invoice include my branding and logo, rather than displaying it only in the email?
Thank you for considering these questions.

Jul 29, 2025A: Hi KMoreno - Thanks so much for reaching out with your questions and feedback! We really appreciate it. Here's a quick rundown of what BreezeDoc can do right now, and also some honest notes about what's still in the works:
1. Multiple Recipients: Right now, you can only send invoices to one person at a time. We know that sending to multiple recipients is a popular request, and we're definitely keeping an eye on how much interest there is for that in future updates.
2. PDF Downloads: For now, you can't download invoices as PDFs from BreezeDoc. Both you and your client can view the invoice online or in the email, but there's no way to export or download it as a PDF just yet. We totally get how important this is for bookkeeping, and it's something we're thinking about for future development.
3. Manually Mark as Paid/Closed: At the moment, invoices only get marked as "paid" automatically when the payment comes through BreezeDoc (via Stripe or PayPal). There isn't a manual "mark as paid/closed" option for payments handled outside the platform yet, but this is definitely on our radar as a potential improvement.
4. Emailing Clients Directly: BreezeDoc automatically sends invoices to your clients via email. However, there's no built-in feature to compose and send custom messages or email blasts directly from within the platform right now.
5. Invoice Branding: While email notifications feature branding, the actual invoices do not display any branding or logo.
Let me know if you have questions.
