I've a legacy tier 3 plan and I would like to move to the agency plan. Please advise if I need to buy a 49 USD plan?

Hi, I've been using this for a short while. I was using docusign, where (when signed) the document has a page at the end showing dates, IP addresses etc. I can't find any kind of "audit trail". Not at the end of the signed document, or anywhere in a menu. It's mentioned on the product page, so I look forward to hearing where I can find it. Thanks.
Just wanting to confirm it I can make one template/doc that I can then send the link to any number of people - or do I need to make one template for each person (email recipient). Cheers Tom
