So for now, if we want to update the logo, we have to change it everytime on our Account Settings? And the previous documents will not be affected if we change logos?

I was one of the original, original purchasers (4/24/2024) and purchased the Tier 4 plan. That plan is limited to 40 docs per month. Your current Agency plan is unlimited docs with many more features. I'm sure it was just an oversight to forget about us very early purchasers and not upgrade us to unlimited docs per month as well. Hi, I have a question regarding the DPA you provided. In the current template, Sumo Group Inc. (BreezeDoc) is listed both as the Data Controller (Company) and as the Data Processor. As far as I know, under GDPR, these two roles cannot be fulfilled by the same entity in the same processing activity. Could you please clarify whether this is a placeholder issue and update the DPA so that: - the Data Controller section includes the customer’s details, and - BreezeDoc is listed solely as the Data Processor? I want to ensure the agreement correctly reflects the roles before signing. Thank you!
I bought a copy of the agency version figuring that I was an agency I could use this for multiple clients and branding. Apparently the teams features is what you call agency and you can assign only one brand. Looking over the docs it says there is a feature to change logo of the team at Team ➜ Settings ➜ Branding but that does not exist anywhere in the setup. I did get team added but from the looks of it if I want to use a custom logo with a seperate company I do work for I have to have a separate account for each brand. Agency account seems very misleading.
