The BreezeDoc API is free for all users.
No monthly limit, but is limited to 60 requests per minute.

As for the 20 and 100 docs per month, this is for the invites you send. Adding extra invites per month after you reach your plan limit is not possible at this time, but our team is actively reviewing this, and the solution might be rolled out in the future.
