I intend to use this app to handle legally binding agreements between my company and multiple licensing partners.

My goal is to provide a single sign-up button on my website that allows interested partners to review and sign the agreement. However, once one party signs, the contract is marked as completed.

How can I keep the agreement reusable so that each new partner can sign it and I receive an individual, signed copy per partner, without having to replace or regenerate the link after every sign-up?
