Q: Suddenly, we can’t log in BreezeDoc. What happened?

Sorry to hear you're locked out. As a first step, please try logging in from an incognito or private browser window — that rules out cached session data and browser extensions, which are the most common cause of "worked yesterday, broken today" login issues. If you have a second browser available, testing there is an even cleaner check.

If incognito doesn't get you in either, please email [email protected] with the email address on your account and the exact error message you see on the login screen, and we'll take a closer look.
