Q: use of templates

I currently use PandaDoc and am considering changing to the Agency version of BreezeDoc. Right now, we start with a template and edit some of the verbiage in PandaDoc and then send it. Is that possible in BreezeDoc?

A: Hi Susan,

Absolutely — BreezeDoc supports exactly that workflow! You can create custom templates, edit the placeholder fields within them, and then use those templates to generate new documents with your personalized content.

✅ How it works:
- Create or upload a template in BreezeDoc.
- Add editable fields (like signature blocks, text fields, dates, etc.).
- Use that template to generate a new document and pre-fill any fields.
- Finally, send the completed document for signing.

In short — yes, you can start from a template, customize it, and send it (with fields pre-filled) in a way that closely mirrors your PandaDoc process!

We trust this will help and we wish you a great day!

Not exactly what I meant. I know you can edit what goes into the fields. I’m talking about whole paragraphs. If it was a whole block of copy, could you edit the verbiage and even delete parts? Or can you only edit what goes into the fields?
