Q: What about your customers who have Tier 4 already?

Do you plan to upgrade your old "Lifetime Plan - Tier 4" to your new "Tier 2 (Agency)" ?
That's the way it works on AppSumo with prior customer.
Plans & features - Deal terms & conditions on AppSumo: If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates

Please see the "from the founders" post that covers this in detail — as we planned for this situation heavily. As mentioned in that post, any users on their existing plan are *not* affected. They keep their current tier plan limits and capabilities without any changes. They will also continue to receive all updates as part of the Lifetime plans.
