Q: Why should I pay the full amount for tier differences?
I bought Tier 4 a while ago. However, the system is asking me to upgrade paying 49 dollars. Also, what will happen to the legacy tiers?

Legacy tiers are still supported. Over the past few months — when we've literally released 100+ updates for BreezeDoc at no extra cost — all Legacy users have received the relevant updates.
The way the upgrades work is pretty straightforward, and it aligns with how upgrades work for any piece of software: The upgrade cost is the difference between the price you paid and the cost of the "upgraded" tier. Nothing creative here; we're literally doing what every other piece of software does.
There may be some technical issues when changing from a Legacy tier, so if you run into any challenges or have any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to support@breezedoc.com.
