Zapier is something we've built in our other Originals products (TidyCal, SendFox, etc.) — along with an API. Similarly, we expect to build it eventually for BreezeDoc.

If you're wanting it, feel free to add it to the product roadmap/feature request site in the "From the founders" area. The more people who vote on it/want it, the more likely it is we'll build it sooner rather than later.
