I have a dance studio registration form and liability form all in one pdf, it is for kids classes.
I like the parent to fill it out and sign it, it would be great if I have a link on my site that takes them to the form where they can sign it and after they sign it they'll get redirect to a landing page where they can choose the classes and make their payment.
Is this something I could do with BreezeDoc? Is there a way to embed the form that upload to BreezeDoc on my website so people can fill it out? or is there anyway I could make this work ?
