Q: Wondering if I can use BreezeDoc for my case scenario
I have a dance studio registration form and liability form all in one pdf, it is for kids classes.
I like the parent to fill it out and sign it, it would be great if I have a link on my site that takes them to the form where they can sign it and after they sign it they'll get redirect to a landing page where they can choose the classes and make their payment, or have the form embed it in my website, or have as a pdf where they can open it and sign on the the website?
Is this something I could do with BreezeDoc? Is there a way to embed the form that upload to BreezeDoc on my website so people can fill it out? or is there anyway I could make this work ?

I understand what you’re trying to achieve, and here’s how BreezeDoc currently works for your scenario.
You can upload your registration/liability PDF, add the parent fields and signature fields, and share it using a link. Parents can open the link, fill out the form, and sign it — no account required on their side.
A few important notes:
• BreezeDoc does not support embedding documents on your website. You would place the BreezeDoc share link on your site instead.
• After signing, BreezeDoc sends a confirmation email and completed PDF automatically, but it does not support redirecting users to a custom landing page.
• Payments cannot be collected directly inside a BreezeDoc document, so the payment step would need to happen separately on your site after the parent signs.
Typical setup for cases like yours:
Upload your PDF to BreezeDoc.
Add required input fields and signature fields.
Share the link to the document on your website.
After the parent signs, direct them (on your website or via your instructions) to your class-selection/payment page.
If you need a fully embedded, multi-step flow with a redirect and payments, BreezeDoc doesn’t support that today, but you can still use the BreezeDoc link for the signature step.
