I write this having bought and tried BreezeDoc today! It's a great start and if I know AppSumo at all then there are certainly more features on the way.

Whilst you can upload different file types, essentially they're all displayed as a non-editable PDF type document — so you need to make space in your documents for where the fields are going to be inserted.

In future, the option of having a simple WYSIWYG editor would be great, meaning relatively simple documents could be prepared within the tool rather than having to be uploaded. I don't know if this is something that other similar software offers but it would be a great feature - not least because making a change to a document currently requires uploading a new version and re-adding all the fields.

Having a 'fields template' might also be helpful here so that if the document underneath changes, the fields can be placed back in the same place.

Adding different parties and assigning the fields to them is very easy. Whilst there doesn't seem to be the option to just generate a link to send to people, once you enter an e-mail address for each party, the links are generated and can be copied, separately to the sending of the documents. This means for me I can include the link in my onboarding e-mails rather than necessarily having to send via Breezedoc.

Being able to style the fields might be nice, to match the document, but ultimately, it doesn't matter — it does what it says on the tin and for the price it's ridiculous value and I can't wait to see what else develops in the same way I've experienced with TidyCal!
