I purchased it on day 01 and have been loving it. It is the epitome of dummy-proof. Even if you've never used DocuSign before, you'll be able to use BreezeDoc with no problem. I bought tier 3, and even if I never reach the document limit, it will pay for itself after one job.

Here are a couple pro/cons I have. Mostly nitpicky UI stuff.

+ It's very easy to add people to the document. The process for explaining where someone needs to sign has been "dummy-proofed"
+ the emails received during the process are straight-forward and easy to understand
+ I like that you can resize a field when you're filling out the document
+ Being able to duplicate a form will definitely come in handy in the future
- The click+drag function when resizing a field can be buggy. It won't stop resizing after a mouse release.
- Would like to have the Edit, Clone, View, Download, Activity options available in the Editor mode.
- No cancel button inside the editor. Would like to go back to the list of items, without clicking on Save or Send.
- Would be good to see the numbered fields in the editor. Didn't realize that they would be listed in a ordered format when filling out the form online.
- It should be clear that the Date field is for the current date only. Would be good if the date field allowed you use a date picker for future dates.
- text fields are presented as center aligned. Left aligned should be the default
- line breaks (hard returns) create a large gap between lines when viewing the document in the online PDF format
