Failed on my first 3 tries
I reallllly wanted to love this product. I was impressed with how easy it was to import my document and add the required signature, print name, and date lines. Then things took a turn.
Luckily, I sent a test copy of the agreement to myself first. On the first try, it allowed me to see just the first 2 of the 3 input fields. The date input was missing. So I deleted the document and started from scratch. On the 2nd attempt, none of the input fields showed up at all. I gave it one more chance, starting over again a 3rd time. Same issue. No input fields saved at all.
After that, I gave up. I was trying to finalize an agreement with a new client, and I can't afford to lose their trust by sending documents that won't work. If there is a known issue in process of resolution, please let me know! This was such a bummer.
