For the Money- Its Solid

Coming over from Adobe E-sign, this product is pretty solid. It checks probably 70% of my boxes. For context, I send probably 10-15 e-signs a month. I just opted for the top tier for future growth. The main thing it gets spot on is the simplicity of the UI and UX. Easy to use and figure out are very important to me. This cuts down on my time stuck on filing out fields and correcting signature boxes, etc.

The things I would like them to incorporate are below:
1. Create duplicate fields that e-signer doesnt have to fill out the same thing every time. Example: Buyers name is needed on every page, once their name is filled out on page one the duplicate fields from page 2 on are filled out automatically.
3. Integration- I have tested out the Zapier integration and I did not see much value to the triggers they provide...(And they only provide triggers and no actions currently)
I would like an Active Pieces integration with triggers such as - "Recipient viewed document" so we can touch base with them as a follow up if they have questions with it.

Also to have an action that would be able to fill out a e-sign document with the correct mapping fields. (Googles sheets columns- name, purchase price, email, etc...send to BreezeDoc and send out for e-sign)

4. Option to not include signer 3, 4 or 5.... For my adobe e-sign, I have a template doc that can have up to 4 signers. Most of the time I only need 2 signers and adobe allows me to simply uncheck on signer 3 and 4 so those fields are not required. This allows for one docuement template with flexibility to not require additional signers. Currently with BreezeDoc, I needed to create a template doc for 2 signers, template doc for 3 signers, template doc for 4 signers. This clutters the UI and is more time consuming.

Overall though for the money, I dont think you can beat this. My recoupment cost from buying this over paying monthly for Adobe is like 2 months! Aside from my wishes for future updates, I can live with it now and hope they make those necessary changes
