Breezedoc does work, and I've used it for a couple of agreements. I do like its simplicity and the interface is pretty straight forward; it doesn't take long to figure out.

However, there's just a few things that would make it better.

First, when a certain location on a doc only needs initials, then the box should limit the input to just 2 or 3 characters. I had a person actually type their name into an initial box, and had the ability to use a signature font. So the next item, would be no choice in font for initials - just straight characters, typical for initials.

The other problem is the size and placement of the boxes inserted for the various choices. The signature box, if made too tall, will produce a large signature. I think limiting the ability to adjust the height of the signature box for typed signatures, and initial box, would make the signed document look better.

The date box also had some issue based on the size and placement of the box, as well as how the date is displayed. It didn't seem to stay in the confines of the box where I had placed it, and it displayed a different format than I was expecting.

However, once you understand the box sizes, and date format, it works well enough to use regularly, though the initials input issue does need to get fixed for sure.

Bottom line - it's hard to beat for the price, and I'll still use it.
