Glitches!!
I was loving this product till now. I am having to switch service since there has been a glitch for over a week now with no fix and no communication on when it will be fixed. We have time sensitive documents to be sent and unfortunately, my business cannot run with an unreliable service on the back end. I wish the team would do a better job or communicating and in this day and age, week to 2 weeks to fix backend issues is not acceptable.
My complaint is the same as the others: the emails are not going through to clients to sign. The direct link seems to be working but makes the process more inconvenient. I emailed support but havent heard back.
I really wish I didnt need to do this but reliable service is critical to any business. Given these issues, I am not sure about the reliability of the product or the intention of the team to continue providing quality service, especially given the lack of proper communication and updates.
