The development team was already on it and successfully deployed a hotfix that completely resolved the template-deletion bug. Everything is working flawlessly now, both in incognito and my regular browser. Stellar, fast reaction once escalated!

I really want to love BreezeDoc. The user interface is incredibly clean, lightweight, and modern. It has the potential to be the perfect, hassle-free alternative to the bloated, overpriced competitors on the market.

Now that the template bug is fully resolved, this is easily a 5-star tool for my daily business operations at Kokoro Aikido. Highly recommended if you want a fast, no-nonsense e-signature solution.
