I am Highly Upset with the Terrible Customer Service Response Rate
Product is fairly decent. I wanted to give it a try based on the recommendations i had seen. I paid for the agency sub with the wrong email account, and i was trying to correct it... Either by moving the agency subscription to the new account or paying for another agency subscription on the new account if i am unable to resolve the issue with them.
I raised this issue... and Its been 3 weeks, but up till now its unresolved.
I am most updated about what this delay is costing me. I built an entire automation system around the wrong account, and I am unable to deploy until this issue is resolved. So literally, this delayed response has impacted my launch date by about 3 weeks.
As it stands, it appears I would have to rebuild the solution with another software, which is frustrating and would result in a serious loss of funds.
If you have an urgent issue... don't bank on the developer's prompt response... You would be disappointed!
