Admittedly I have only used this once. However, my documents for signing didn't get to my clients, just me. I had to apologise to my new clients who received an email saying they had received the document but were not able to access it. In the end I copied and pasted the URL code into an email for them and this worked fine. I imagine this is all down to teething problems but it leaves me feeling a bit unnerved to be honest.

That sounds like a really strange bug or misconfiguration issue that your clients didn't receive it. It may have been a weird blip — as you mentioned, you only used once. We haven't heard about this from any other users, so please do let us know if happens again as there may be a bug or a misconfiguration on how you're trying to send documents.
