OK. Not great .. looking forward to improvements
Have so far done one document with a business partner and we're 0/1 at this point.
UX quirk: enter email address AFTER the document is prepared. Not terrible but the opposite from most other products like this.
The usability is fine. Simple tool for simple task
Failure: the other party never signed (typing name or scribbling free-form) but the software reflected a signature with time and date. Not sure what happened. He took the pdf and then signed it with Adobe!

The "other person never signing" issue you mentioned is surprising to us: We just hit 5,000 users and 3,300+ documents created (about 30 days after signup), and haven't heard about this issue — or experienced it ourselves — yet. Definitely super strange, and we'll take a closer look. If you don't mind emailing support@breezedoc.com with your account email login so we can look more closely, that'd be really helpful.
