Pretty rough but it has potential!

Some UX issues such as text boxes that cannot be cloned regarding size, so each one must be manually sized to fit. TINY text appearing in the initials field when signer types instead of draws their initials. Speaking of the initials field, all of them are skipped when tabbing through the document during signing process. Just completely left out of the sequence. Speaking of sequence, the capability of requiring a selection of/between certain fields before proceeding to the next and/or finishing the document is missing as well. Also, the date/time field wastes space by including a superfluous time zone abbreviation as it already displays 24 hour time. I realize this app is in beta, but it truly is unusable in its current form for what we need it for. Looking forward to improved functionality soon.

Hey, rrockich!

Thanks for the honest review here with some helpful insights for us to make the product better. As you said, BreezeDoc is very early on — in v1/MVP/beta — and it's priced at this ultra-low, pretty-insane, don't-tell-Chief-Sumo-Noah price accordingly. We want you to get a great deal as we're building it.

Like other Originals (especially TidyCal most recently), we expect to release literally HUNDREDS of updates, fixes, improvements, and new features.

Here's what's coming in the next few weeks:

1) Improvements to optional/required form fields. Right now, as you mentioned, all fields are intentionally optional (because this is more broad stroke for our 4,000+ users than all fields required). But we will be adding the ability to define required on fields which will help.

2) Better solo signer/multi signer flow. We want to make it more clear that people can upload and sign documents on their side, without sending to external recipients. It's technically possible now, but we want to showcase it better.

3) Improved mobile UX/UI. We realize that mobile is a bit rough around the edges, and we're going to work to improve it.

4) Improved file upload/file optimization process. Sometimes, file uploads can be slow. We want to improve this.

This is in addition to the daily bugs and small fixes we're doing. For example, we recently improved the signature box (it was getting cut off; now that's fixed), improved the time date stamp to be more universal/better for contracts, and tons more. We're making it better daily, and we'll be announcing on our email list regularly to all users when we have updates.
