BreezeDoc seemed like the perfect tool to make it easy for our agency to manage our contracts and get them signed by clients. Sadly, it was far from perfect, due to just 2 issues:

1) The biggest issue is that the text boxes, other fields, and the contracts themselves are NOT responsive. Have a longer than usual section you (or your client) wants to put into one of the text boxes? Well guess what? It will just slide over the text, and the whole thing will turn into a huge mess.

2) The text boxes also need to be drag & dropped on the document, without any guidelines for alignment. This means that if you don't align it perfectly with the text, it will be "off" once it's filled out. Not a huge issue, but it does make our contracts seem a bit unprofessional.

Now, while these may not seem like that big of a deal, we had a client almost back out of a deal the last minute due to our contract "being unreadable and overall looking unprofessional". This was because of the text being all over the place (we had slightly – and I mean slightly – longer text inputs than usual), as well as "type your name" being offered as the default way to sign it.

I really want to like this tool, but it has to evolve tremendously for it to be usable.
