I own a motion picture and video production company and have been using other eSignature services for a long time (DocuSign, Eversign, Adobe, etc) and I will admit that BreezeDoc is a little more user friendly than most. I purchased the Tier 4 option but was a bit disappointed with the lack of customer (company) branding available (there is none).
The system if extremely fast (compared to some others) and I also love the audit trail.

I do see room for improvement though:
1. The signature is extremely small compared to the rest of the document content.
2. The "auto date signed" is a bit too detailed but I can understand why.
3. I didn't expect so much branding from BreezeDoc and the mention of AppSumo. I can understand some branding (even with the top paid tier, but can it be a little more inconspicuous instead of so much in your face? It gives the impression that the sender is using a free service with so much branding. Maybe just keep it on the audit trail page. (I did try the free version prior to my purchase)
4. The "Text" box could have a label instead of just "text". It would make it easier for clients to know what needs to go where (Full Legal Name, phone number, email, etc) instead of just "Text". Or maybe just create a few more presets to go along with the current ones (signature, date, etc)

With all that said, I have canceled my subscription to Eversign and plan to migrate my company's contracts to BreezeDoc. This is more than a viable option to the others; so far it is efficient, accurate, and user friendly. I DO NOT regret this purchase and have recommended it to a few other business owners I know that use other services.
