I mostly deal with non-disclosures, depiction releases, and scope of work documents. I must have at least five tools purchased via AppSumo for this purpose, tried a few of the big (monthly $$$) players, and used the manual options (some of the Word plug-ins are decent)... not to mention using web form tools from SurveyMonkey to AidaForm to Microsoft Forms.

I honestly dislike all of those solutions I've tried.

Even though this is an AppSumo Original, I was so jaded, I thought I'd have the same opinion of BreezeDoc. My first thought was, "Not again". But, I've come to like the minimalism of AppSumo Originals, so I hopped in on Tier 3 just to get the maximum volume of my depiction releases covered. Why not, you can always refund and drop to the free tier with just two documents, right?

I went the other way. I did one simple test and went Tier 4 without question.

I took my existing depiction release form (in PDF format), uploaded it, and had the inputs set and a test version sent in under five minutes. Signed the document in a minute... and a few seconds after that, had a completed (albeit test) document with timestamped audit trail to boot!

This is my new signature tool.

Is it perfect? C'mon... it's a SaaS in beta, of course it's not. I did have a glitch when first making my form where it wouldn't let me move the input boxes or in any way revisit one once created. I simply had to exit the editor and re-enter it... problem solved (could have even been on my end, but I don't think so). And, yes... my test document did go to the junk folder. It's a new service, so I imagine this is going to happen for quite some time. But, because of SendFox, I know the talent is available to solve for this issue over time. Also, if you missed it, this is designed only for individuals and small businesses. They have stated there's no intention at this time for making possible more than 40 documents per month. Don't go in naive thinking that will change. Maybe it will one day, but always bank on here-and-now, not maybe-in-the-future. If you know these things going in, you're going to love the simplicity and "it just works" nature of BreezeDoc.
